Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• Items such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and custom-made products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

• Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection within 7 business days.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.
• Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at info@Quickluxx.com if you need an exchange for the same item.
